Biography
Hazel Granger is a Senior Research Fellow at ODI Global. She specialises in tax policy and domestic revenue mobilisation in low income and fragile states. In the last 15 years, she has provided technical assistance and policy advice on public financial management reforms in Uganda, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Somalia, and Ethiopia.
