ICTD's Mick Moore and Vanessa van den Boogaard to participate in panel sessions for the TaxCapDev conference on 'moving beyond the fiscal contract'.

The TaxCapDev network will bring together scholars and practitioners in Oslo, Norway to examine how taxation shapes governance, state-building, and development.

ICTD Research Fellows Mick Moore and Vanessa van den Boogaard will be participating in separate panel discussions — “Future frontiers – Beyond the fiscal contract” and “Building tax knowledge for the future: Where do we need to go”, respectively — on the final day of the conference (23rd October).
