Biography
Hande Ayan Khanijo is a policy engagement and strategic communications advisor with expertise in knowledge mobilisation and translation, stakeholder engagement and donor partnerships across multilateral, government and research-focused organisations. Before joining ICTD, she led communications and knowledge management for the Platform for Collaboration on Tax and the Global Tax Program at the World Bank. She has also worked with the United Nations Environment Programme and the UN Biodiversity Secretariat, serving as Knowledge and Learning Lead for the NBSAP Accelerator Partnership. Hande holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington.
