Tago Nalohende is a development studies scholar at the Institute of Development Studies and a Doctoral Fellow at ICTD. Her research focuses on citizens' perspectives of the social contract and how this influences their tax morale. Tago has a wealth of experience building over a decade, in tax administration and policy making. She is very well versed in fiscal policy formulation in climate change, green growth and circular economy. She holds an MSc in Public Policy from the University of Bristol and a BA in Economics & Sociology from the University of Nairobi.
